CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an e-mail to info@hometopia.gr or inform us by phone at 2231 035558. This feature is offered to you until we inform you about the shipment of your order. Cancellation is not possible after this time.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities that are available in our warehouse, while hometopia.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices of any change that affects the customer.

WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS

Hometopia.gr, applying the applicable laws, gives you the right to return products you have received in the products of accessories and spare parts.

So you reserve the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 days with a full refund of the amount you paid. You can return your purchases for any reason – even if you just changed your mind.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie. their packaging and the supplier’s security and authenticity tape, together with the accompanying retail sales receipt or invoice, have been unsealed or tampered with.

To avoid your own inconvenience, please check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken / damaged goods, wrong order etc.) and to avoid receipts for products that did not reach you in excellent condition.

In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way in which their return will take place, your refund will be completed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, we may delay returning your money if we do not receive the products or a receipt for their return.

Refunds must include shipping costs paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you additional shipping costs if you request a non-standard delivery (such as urgent delivery). ”

DIFFERENCE

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.2. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping or refund costs.3.
